Piotr Gorczyca — a developer who works with AI every day.
I build software and AI automation on a system of my own. What an agency hands to three people and a quarter, I put together myself — faster and cheaper, with one person accountable for the whole thing.
Short version
I have been writing code for well over a decade. Among other things I built REKS — a transport management platform for logistics companies, the new version of CKKS, a course platform operating across Poland, and Pozitreo, which audits sites for SEO and for visibility inside AI search engines. All of them are running in production today.
The last few years have been daily work with AI — agents, integrations, automation — on real production projects. At some point I assembled that toolkit into one coherent system, and it is what lets me deliver alone what normally takes a team. A project in weeks instead of a quarter; a website usually in a day.
That is the system I now bring to companies. Solo — from the first conversation through launch and maintenance. No account managers, no ticket handed between departments. And because AI automates my own work every day, I know from practice what will hold up in your company and what is just a fashionable phrase.

SvelteKit, TypeScript, Go, React Native, Convex, Bun, self-hosted. Light, fast, maintainable for years.
AI every day
Claude / OpenAI SDKs, agents with tool use, automation, RAG. Not “some exposure” — I work with this constantly, on my own projects and clients’ alike.
Self-hosted
Everything runs on my own infrastructure (Dokploy, Docker). Full control over costs and over client data.
