Get 5 hours a week back for every employee.

For companies of 10 to 250 people. I automate orders from e-mail, reports, confirmations and reminders. I start with what takes the most time, so the first hours come back within weeks.

A short form, then a 30-minute call with me. I reply the next day.

What I do

Three areas I work in. For most clients they end up in one system.

  1. 01

    Automating repetitive work

Orders, confirmations, reports and invoices stop needing to be retyped by hand.

    1. E-mail from a customer
    2. System
    3. Confirmation
    See how it works
  2. 02

One system for the whole company

Customers, orders, scheduling and settlements in one place, built around the way you work. You see what is going on without phoning around.

    1. Customers, orders, schedule
    2. One system
    3. The whole company in view

  3. 03

    AI in everyday work

An assistant answers customers at any hour, asks for the details and records the order. Every morning the office gets a list of things to handle.

    1. A customer asks at 23:40

02

For example

Three things someone does by hand at most companies, and what they look like after the change.

  1. 01

    A sales rep’s report

    Today

After every call the rep types notes into the system and fills in a report. Less time is left for customers.

    After

The call notes go into the system automatically, and so does the report. The rep calls the next customer.

  2. 02

    A booking from e-mail

    Today

A customer writes an e-mail. Someone reads it, retypes the details into a system and replies.

    After

The details from the e-mail go into the system and the customer gets a confirmation within a minute. Nobody retypes anything.

  3. 03

    Supplier invoices

    Today

An invoice arrives by e-mail. Someone saves it, forwards it to the accountant and types it into a spreadsheet.

    After

The invoice reaches the accountant and the spreadsheet the same day, with no one touching it.

Most companies have a dozen or more of these. Small ones often work after a few days.

03

Someone at your company does this by hand every day.

At most companies someone retypes e-mails into a system, keeps an eye on payments and fills in reports. Nobody counts the hours.

If a sales rep spends half the day on reports, only the other half is left for selling. Every hour won back means more conversations with customers.

Another office hire costs about PLN 8,000 a month and still does the same work by hand.

What you gain

  1. After 7 days

You know how many hours a month go into repetitive work at your company.

  2. Within 30 days

The first thing runs without manual work, and your people get their first hours back.

  3. Then

More things, one after another. Small ones often within days.

04

What I have built

What they came with and what they have now.

Before

A training company with many years behind it, running courses across Poland. Courses, instructors, venues and content lived in several tools, and the owner had to remind the office every day what to check.

Now

  • About 100 sign-ups a month go straight into the system. Every course and every city has its own page.
  • Courses, instructors, venues and the site’s content in one system.
  • The system generates certificates after each course.
  • Every morning the office gets a summary: where a course is short of people, which one is better moved, what needs handling.

02

Mario Presto

travel and coaches · in progress

Before

A travel agency with its own coach fleet. The owner was patching holes: when the mechanic was out, he went down into the pit himself, and he learned what happened in the office late. He planned routes in one program but could not sell anything through it.

Now

  • One system where he sees what happens in the office and on the road.
  • He hands out tasks in the system instead of phoning and chasing.
  • Trip offers go onto the website and sign-ups into the system, with no retyping.

How I work

I work alone, with no agency in between, and use AI every day.

First, what takes the most time

I start with one thing that saves hours quickly and build on what already works.

One person from start to finish

From the first call you talk to me, not an account manager. The same person agrees the scope, builds and looks after the system.

AI in my own work, every day

That lets me work faster than an agency team, and I know from practice which uses of AI make sense in a company.

Upkeep is on my side

The systems run on my servers, and I make sure they keep working.

I have been writing software for well over a decade, including systems for transport companies, course platforms and mobile apps.

Start with a free consultation.

You tell me what gets done by hand at your company. I say plainly how many hours can come back, where to start and what is not worth touching.
