The AI assistant leads you along the path of an order, from enquiry to invoice. It records every manual process with hours and counts what it costs a year (your numbers, one formula, PLN 35 an hour by default). At the end it says plainly what can be automated, what is not worth it, and lays out an implementation plan with dependencies. You see the map next to the chat from the first minute. Piotr checks it and usually replies the next working day.

How does this audit work?

  1. 1 You describe how an order moves through the company today: where it comes from, who retypes it, where it gets stuck. The assistant asks about hours and tools.
  2. 2 Next to the chat a process map grows: what, who, how many hours a week, what it costs a year. Plus an assessment of what can be automated, and a plan in order.
  3. 3 Once you confirm your e-mail, the map goes to Piotr. The reply usually comes the next working day: the map confirmed or corrected, and a short call proposed if the automation department makes sense for you.
